How do I return an item?

We here at Darby Mack Designs want you to be pleased with your purchase. You may receive a refund, or an exchange, within 14 days of your order date.  Simply Contact us for a return address & send us your unused merchandise, carefully packed, along with a copy of your original receipt.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  We will issue a credit to you in the form of your original payment less any shipping charges.  Custom orders and sale items are not returnable.
